Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate books of accounts and day-to-day bookkeeping

Prepare bank, M-Pesa and supplier/customer reconciliations

Process payments, invoices and receipts, and maintain proper records

Support payroll, statutory filings (KRA, NSSF, SHIF, Housing Levy) and audits

Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and donor/grant financial reporting

Requirements:

Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA progress is an advantage)

Relevant accounting experience; familiarity with accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks, Sage) is an advantage

Good Excel skills, accuracy, integrity and strong organisational abilities

Professionalism and the ability to meet deadlines
