Business Development Executive - Expatriate

Key Responsibilities

· Identify and develop new business opportunities within the corporate and expatriate market.

· Generate and convert leads into new clients through networking, referrals, cold calling, digital platforms, and industry connections.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with HR Managers, Business Owners, CEOs, International Companies, and expatriate clients.

· Promote immigration, work permit, visa, relocation, expatriate management, and related services.

· Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline and consistently meet business development targets.

· Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and service packages to prospective clients.

· Follow up on leads and manage the client acquisition process from initial contact through to conversion.

· Develop strategic partnerships with companies, recruitment agencies, relocation providers, and other relevant stakeholders.

· Monitor market trends and identify new opportunities within the immigration and expatriate services industry.

· Maintain accurate records of prospects, clients, opportunities, and sales activities.

Requirements

· Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in

Business, Sales & Marketing, International Relations, or a related field

.

Minimum 3 years of proven Business Development/Sales experience.

·

Previous experience in an immigration, expatriate, relocation, or global mobility company is REQUIRED.

· Understand Immigration and work permit processes.

· Strong sales and business development experience.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and networking skills.

· Demonstrated ability to generate leads and close business.

· Strong understanding of the corporate and expatriate market.

· Self-driven, target-oriented, professional, and highly organized.

· Existing relationships within the corporate, HR, immigration, recruitment, or expatriate services sector will be an added advantage.
