KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Business development: Identify, research and pursue new business opportunities across relevant industries.

B2B technology sales: Promote the company’s software development, cloud, AI and other technology solutions to prospective clients.

Lead generation: Build and maintain a strong pipeline through cold outreach, networking, referrals, industry events and digital channels.

Client engagement: Identify client needs, present suitable solutions, prepare proposals and negotiate commercial terms.

Sales conversion: Manage the sales cycle from initial engagement through proposal, negotiation and deal closure.

Relationship management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Market research: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities and emerging opportunities to inform business development strategy.

Pipeline management: Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, client interactions and sales forecasts.

Collaboration: Work with technical and management teams to develop suitable client proposals and align client expectations with delivery capabilities.

Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline performance, business opportunities and revenue targets.
