Key Duties and Responsibilities
Follow assigned routes and visit approved retail, wholesale, institutional and other customers according to the daily sales plan.
Promote products, explain prices and offers, take customer orders and achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
Load, check and safeguard stock issued for the route; verify quantities against dispatch documents before departure and upon return.
Sell and deliver products in accordance with approved prices, credit rules, promotional terms and company procedures.
Collect cash and approved payment evidence, issue or verify receipts and reconcile all collections against invoices and sales records at the end of each route.
Complete sales invoices, delivery notes, returns documentation and daily route reports accurately and promptly.
Report stock shortages, damaged goods, returns, customer complaints, competitor activity and market opportunities to the supervisor.
Keep the vehicle clean and secure, observe road-safety rules and report mechanical faults, accidents or incidents immediately.
Qualifications, Experience and Competencies
Diploma, HND, Bachelor or equivalent; sales or distribution experience is an advantage.
Basic numeracy, cash-handling accuracy, customer service and record-keeping skills.
Honesty, reliability, route discipline and ability to meet targets; willingness to work in the field and handle physical stock.

Salary: GHC 2,300- 3,500
