Candidates must possess a Degree in Medicine and Surgery (MBBS / MBChB) and Fellowship of National Post-Graduate Medical College of Nigeria or West Africa College of Surgeon / Physician.

He / she must be registered with Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria.

Evidence of possession of current practising licence is essential.
