Responsibilities
Develop and execute content strategies that strengthen brand visibility, positioning, and audience growth.
Create compelling, relevant, and engaging content across social media platforms.
Manage online communities, drive meaningful conversations, and build audience loyalty.
Turn audience interests, questions, and pain points into content that drives engagement, leads, and conversions.
Manage content calendars, publishing schedules, and consistent brand communication.
Monitor platform performance, analyze insights, and use data to improve content effectiveness.
Stay ahead of digital trends, identify growth opportunities, and continuously improve the brand's online presence.
Requirements & Competencies
Proven ability to create compelling content, tell stories, and manage social media communities.
Excellent writing, communication, creative thinking, and storytelling skills.
Strong understanding of social media algorithms, audience behavior, engagement, and growth strategies.
Ability to interpret analytics and translate insights into actionable content strategies.
Self-driven, proactive, digitally savvy, and able to work with minimal supervision.

Canva – graphics, carousels, and basic visual designs.
CapCut – video editing, reels, and short-form content.
Meta Business Suite – scheduling, publishing and community management.
Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube – content management and audience engagement.

Google Workspace – content calendars, reporting and collaboration.
