Qualifications and skills
Minimum Certificate or Diploma in Customer Service, Marketing, Communication, Business Administration or a related field.

Assist with social media content and programme promotion.
Handle complaints professionally and refer issues appropriately.
Report on enquiries, follow-ups and recruitment outcomes.
Maintain confidentiality and a professional college image.
