REQUIREMENTS
Diploma or degree in Business Management, Finance, or a related field.
At least 3 years' experience in branch or field debt collection.
Proven ability to recover delinquent accounts and negotiate repayments.
Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
Ability to work towards collection targets and deadlines.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage delinquent loan accounts within the assigned branch.
Execute timely debt collection and recovery activities. Reduce overdue balances and prevent accounts from falling into arrears.
Follow up on outstanding payments and negotiate repayment arrangements.
Achieve branch portfolio-at-risk (PAR) and arrears reduction targets.
Minimum qualifications
BA/BSc/HND , Diploma
