Talent Grid Africa is seeking a Digital Growth Associate to support our digital marketing initiatives, strengthen our online presence, and generate qualified inbound business leads.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management: Manage social media platforms, develop content calendars, publish engaging content, and grow relevant audiences.
Website Management: Update the company website, improve user experience, optimize service pages, and strengthen lead-capture mechanisms.
Inbound Lead Generation: Plan and execute digital campaigns that attract potential clients and generate qualified sales opportunities.
Content Creation: Develop compelling social media posts, articles, graphics, case studies, and other marketing materials.
Analytics & Reporting: Monitor website traffic, audience engagement, campaign performance, and lead conversions to guide marketing decisions.
Sales Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to align marketing activities with business objectives and ensure effective tracking and handover of inbound leads.
What We're Looking For
A diploma or bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
1–3 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, social media management, content creation, or lead generation.
Practical knowledge of SEO, website management, and digital marketing analytics.
Proficiency in Canva and familiarity with website platforms and CRM systems.
Strong communication, writing, analytical, and organizational skills.
A results-oriented mindset with a passion for using digital channels to drive business growth.
Minimum qualifications
BA/BSc/HND , Diploma
