Job Summary
FMR Agency is recruiting an innovative and commercially minded digital marketer to drive online revenue growth for a premium fashion and lifestyle brand.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategies to drive online revenue growth across digital sales channels.
Build and manage strategic partnerships with affiliate marketers and digital commerce partners.
Lead expansion into online marketplaces such as Amazon, ASOS, eBay, and other relevant platforms.
Identify new digital sales opportunities and commercial partnerships.
Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize customer acquisition and conversion strategies.
Monitor e-commerce performance, customer behaviour, and sales analytics to improve business outcomes.
Develop strategies to increase online customer acquisition, retention, and customer lifetime value.
Track marketplace performance and recommend initiatives to maximize revenue growth.
Prepare regular sales performance reports and business development updates.
Stay informed on e-commerce trends, emerging technologies, and competitive market developments.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in e-commerce, business development, or digital sales.
Proven experience growing online sales within retail, fashion, consumer goods, or e-commerce businesses.
Experience managing online marketplaces such as Amazon, ASOS, eBay, Shopify, or similar platforms.
Strong understanding of affiliate marketing, digital partnerships, and online commercial growth.
Excellent analytical, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Strong commercial mindset with the ability to identify new revenue opportunities.
Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth organizations is an advantage.
