Job Summary
The Digital Marketer / Admin Assistant manages the company's online brand presence while handling daily office operations. This hybrid role requires a multitasker who can create engaging digital campaigns, handle customer inquiries, and provide efficient administrative support to streamline business workflows.
Core Responsibilities
Social Media Management: Create, schedule, and publish promotional content on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
Customer Interaction: Respond promptly to customer inquiries and orders via WhatsApp Business, DM, and email.
Content Creation: Design basic marketing visuals using tools like Canva and write engaging captions/product descriptions.
Ad Optimization: Set up and monitor simple paid ad campaigns on Meta Ads Manager to drive leads.
Administrative Support: Organize schedules, draft official correspondence, and maintain accurate digital records in Excel or Google Sheets.
Office Coordination: Manage invoices, track office inventory, and coordinate with dispatch riders for product deliveries.
Key Requirements
Education: B.Sc/HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
Tools: Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, Canva, and major social media algorithms.
Skills: Excellent communication, proactive multitasking, and strong organizational skills.
Online Marketing: on Jiji, Jumai, Konga etc
Minimum qualifications
BA/BSc/HND , OND
