KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee daily food and beverage operations to ensure excellent service delivery and guest satisfaction.
Manage and lead the F&B team, including training, scheduling and performance management.
Ensure quality, presentation and consistency of food and beverage offerings.
Monitor inventory, control costs and minimize wastage.
Develop and implement F&B policies. standard operating procedures and service standards.
Ensure compliance with health, safety and hygiene regulations.
Collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall guest experience.
Drive revenue growth through strategic planning, menu development and promotional activities.
Minimum qualifications
BA/BSc/HND
