Field Sales Officer at Sao Ghana

Key Responsibilities

Agent and merchant acquisition

• Identify, visit and sign up new agents and merchants in the assigned territory to meet monthly acquisition targets.

• Map the territory, spot high-traffic locations and underserved areas, and build a weekly visit plan around them.

• Present Sao Payment Global's products, pricing and commissions clearly and honestly to prospects.

Qualification Required & Experience

Required

• Diploma or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Business, Marketing, Sales or a related field; a bachelor's degree is an advantage.

• At least 2 years of field sales experience, ideally in fintech, mobile money, banking, telecoms or FMCG distribution.

• Good knowledge of the assigned region, its markets, communities and local language(s).

• Comfortable using a smartphone and mobile apps for reporting, and basic Microsoft Office or Google Workspace tools.
