Job Summary
Are you a finance professional with a strong understanding of financial reporting, compliance, and treasury operations? We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Finance Officer to join our team and support the organization's financial management and reporting functions.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Manage reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost-control initiatives.
Monitor cash flow and assist with treasury and banking operations.
Ensure compliance with tax, statutory, and regulatory requirements.
Support internal and external audits and maintain effective financial controls.
Provide financial analysis and management reports to support business decisions.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
3-5 years' relevant experience in finance oraccounting
Experience within the banking or financial services sector will be an added advantage.
Professional certification (ICAN, ACCA, or equivalent) is desirable.
Strong knowledge of financial reporting, taxation, and regulatory compliance.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Minimum qualifications
BA/BSc/HND , Professional Certificate
