Job Summary:
Responsible for ensuring food products meet established quality, safety, and regulatory standards through routine testing, inspection, and quality control processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct routine laboratory tests and quality assessments on raw materials and finished products.
Monitor food processing operations to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
Ensure adherence to food hygiene, sanitation, and HACCP procedures.
Inspect products for quality, consistency, and compliance with specifications.
Maintain accurate laboratory results, quality reports, and documentation.
Identify quality issues and recommend corrective actions.
Support food safety audits and regulatory compliance activities.
Requirements:
B.Sc., HND or OND in Food Science, Food Technology, Microbiology, or related disciplines.
Knowledge of HACCP, food safety, and quality control procedures.
Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
I can also prepare a version suitable for dairy production and processing operations.
