Your Role:
Recruitment & onboarding
HR policies and compliance
Payroll and benefits coordination
Performance and employee relations
Staff training and development
Office operations and reporting
What You Need:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology or related field
5+ years' HR/Admin experience, including at least 2+ years in a lead role
Knowledge of Nigerian labour law and statutory obligations
CIPM or equivalent certification is an advantage
Strong communication, organisation and confidentiality
Minimum qualifications
BA/BSc/HND
