Key Responsibilities:
Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee record management.
Maintain staff attendance, leave records, and HR documentation.
Assist with employee communication and general HR administration.
Coordinate office supplies, meetings, and administrative activities.
Support the implementation of company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience in HR and office administration.
Degree, HND, or equivalent qualification in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Strong integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work well in a team.
Additional Advantage:
Speaking multiple Ghanaian languages and having social media management skills will be an added advantage.
