Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related field.
Minimum 2 years working experience in HR role, familiar with full-cycle recruitment.
Good knowledge of Ghanaian labor regulations and employment practices.
Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written).
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) for data management and report preparation.
Strong interpersonal skills, patient, good at communication and conflict coordination.
Organized, able to prioritize multiple tasks and work under pressure.
Experience in retail / finance / mobile device installment business is a plus.
Salary is negotiable for those who speak Chinese.
