Are you an organized, proactive HR professional looking for your next opportunity? We’re looking for a Human Resource Assistant with 1–2 years of relevant experience to support our HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Support recruitment, candidate screening, interview scheduling and onboarding.
Maintain employee records, contracts and HR documentation.
Track staff attendance, overtime, lateness and absenteeism.
Assist with employee relations and disciplinary documentation.
Support HR reporting, compliance and general office administration.
Coordinate meetings, correspondence, and other administrative duties.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or related field
1–2 years of experience in HR or a related administrative role.
Strong organizational, communication and record-keeping skills.
High level of confidentiality, attention to detail and professionalism.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Availability: Must be available to start immediately.
Minimum qualifications
BA/BSc/HND , Diploma
