Job Duties:

Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of buildings, rooms, equipment and utilities.

Respond promptly to maintenance requests from departments and guests.

Support emergency repairs and be available for on-call duties when required.

Requirements:

Diploma or Certificate in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Building and Structure Maintenance or a related technical field.

Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting and general building maintenance.

At least 2 years of experience in building or maintenance work will be an added advantage.
