Shoe Cleaning Worker

Key Responsibilities

Clean and care for sneakers, leather shoes, suede, and other footwear materials using appropriate products and techniques.

Identify stains, dirt, discoloration, and material-specific cleaning requirements before starting work.

Perform deep cleaning, stain treatment, sole cleaning, lace cleaning, and deodorizing.

Handle delicate and branded footwear carefully to prevent damage during cleaning.

Inspect shoes before and after cleaning and report existing damage or stains that cannot be fully removed.

Follow laboratory procedures, maintain a clean workspace, and handle cleaning equipment and products safely.

Ensure each pair meets the company's quality standards before delivery.

Requirements

Previous experience in professional shoe cleaning or footwear care is preferred.

Good knowledge of leather, suede, mesh, canvas, and other shoe materials.

Understanding of suitable cleaning products and techniques for different materials.

Strong attention to detail, patience, and a commitment to quality.

Ability to follow instructions, work efficiently, and meet daily production targets.

Honest, reliable, organized, and willing to learn new cleaning methods.

Candidates with hands-on experience in shoe restoration and delicate material care are strongly encouraged to apply.
