Marketing & Communications Officer

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of marketing, branding, and corporate communications.

Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, SEO/SEM, and paid advertising (Google and Meta Ads).

Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Canva) and marketing analytics platforms.

Excellent communication, content creation, and storytelling skills.

Strong analytical, organisational, and project management skills.

Experience managing marketing budgets and measuring campaign ROI.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute marketing strategies and promotional campaigns aligned with business goals.

Manage digital platforms, social media, email marketing, and monthly content calendars.

Create engaging content, including posts, videos, newsletters, and promotional materials.

Plan and optimise paid advertising campaigns to drive leads and conversions.

Maintain consistent brand messaging across all communication channels.

Coordinate PR activities, brand partnerships, influencer collaborations, and marketing events.

Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities.

Track campaign performance and prepare monthly marketing reports covering engagement, lead generation, and ROI.

Collaborate with internal teams to support client acquisition, retention, and business growth.
