SALARY: KES 50,000
All Candidates Must:
Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
5+ years of marketing experience, including a minimum of 2 years in real estate or property marketing, preferably involving land sales in Kenya.
2 years of experience in a team leadership or management role.
Demonstrated experience developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms.
Strong understanding of the Kenyan real estate market, consumer behaviour, and property marketing strategies.
Practical experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, social media platforms, CRM systems, and marketing analytics tools.
Excellent relationship-building and partnership development skills.
High integrity and commitment to ethical marketing practices.
Ability to work in a fast-growing business environment and deliver measurable results.
Minimum qualifications
BA/BSc/HND
