The Graphic Designer is responsible for developing and delivering engaging, high-quality visual and multimedia content across EHA Group and EIV platforms. The role supports brand visibility, communication, and campaign objectives through creative designs, animations, videos, and digital and print materials. The Consultant will work closely with the Communications teams to ensure brand consistency, timely delivery, and alignment with organisational goals while managing multiple design requests independently.

The key responsibilities of the role includes the following:

Design weekly social media content, including videos, flyers, carousels, and animations optimized for platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.

Conceptualize and produce animated graphics, videos, and visual effects for EHA

Group and EIV campaigns, ensuring alignment with project goals.

Create visual content for print and digital applications that reinforces brand status, reputation, and audience-appropriate messaging.

Design and layout materials for internal communications, executive engagement, event collaterals (flyers, banners, t-shirts, outdoor banners), and essential business items (business cards, presentations, brochures, factsheets).

Develop assets for diverse platforms, including social media, websites, and presentations, while working autonomously to produce high-quality, error-free concepts with minimal instruction.

Collaborate with EHA Group and EIV communications teams to align visuals with brand guidelines, project goals, and timelines.

Incorporate client and team feedback, make timely revisions, and communicate design concepts to managers/teams before finalizing.

Manage timelines and tasks in Asana, prioritize workload across both entities, maintain organized content files, archive existing video/graphics assets in Google

Drive, and develop standardized templates for recurring needs.

Attend agreed team meetings for project collaboration and know when to seek direction on complex requests.

Stay updated on industry trends, new design tools, and motion graphics techniques to propose innovative solutions.

Perform rigorous quality checks to eliminate technical and typographical errors, optimizing files for performance across platforms.

Key Performance Indicators:

Weekly social media content delivery: Track the amount of on-time design completion per week (videos, flyers, carousels).

Campaign asset turnaround: Monitor average days, from brief to final approval, for animated graphics/videos across EHA Group and EIV.

Autonomous concept development: Track the number of designs approved with minimal revisions, assessed quarterly via feedback logs.

Error-free outputs: Monitor the number of designs free from technical/typographical issues on first submission, verified through peer reviews and client sign-offs.

Brand compliance rate: Assess adherence to EHA Group/EIV style guides, measured by monthly audits of random assets.

Feedback revision cycle: Monitor time taken to incorporate changes and deliver updates.

File organization and archiving: Monitor the assets properly tagged/archived within 24 hours of completion, audited bi-monthly

Meeting participation and alignment: Monitor attendance at scheduled syncs to ensure ≤5% scope changes post-brief due to miscommunication.

Trend adoption: Assess adoption of new tools/techniques (e.g., AI-assisted

animation) demonstrated in projects.

Overall workload management: Assess on-time delivery across all requests and proactively flag prioritization issues.
