Job Summary:

The supervisor will manage the full cycle of the customers' dining experience, acting as the primary link between the kitchen and the customer to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction

Their duties/responsibilities:

Supervise all daily operations within the outlet e.g product display, service delivery, customer care and cleanliness.

Make sure food is served and displayed according to company portion sizes, and presentation standards.

Ensure all customers are attended to promptly, courteously, and professionally

Handle and resolve customer complaints or escalate unresolved issues to management

Conduct regular hygiene and cleanliness checks in dining areas, kitchen, restrooms, and staff areas.

Lead by example, ensuring staff punctuality, discipline and grooming

Conduct daily opening and closing checks and ensure that all equipment are working properly

Report performance metrics, customer feedback, operational issues, and staff concerns to management

Skills/Requirements:

A Degree holder

At least 3 years experience in the restaurant setting

Good communication skills

Calm and professional

Attentive to details

Clean and well organised

Good with basic calculations

Healthy with good stamina

Proximity to work is a must (Bassa Village, Zamani, Correctional Centre, Airport road, Airforce quarter, Peace media, civil defence, Sauka, Lugbe etc)

Remuneration: N100,000 - N120,000 plus other benefits

Work Schedule: Full time - rotating hours (shift job)

Minimum qualifications

BA/BSc/HND
