Job Summary
Voedsel Capital is seeking a reliable, hardworking, and well-presented Office Assistant / Cleaner for its Port Harcourt branch.
The successful candidate will maintain a clean, safe, and organised office environment while providing basic administrative and office-support assistance.
Key Responsibilities
Cleaning and Office Maintenance
Sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish office floors and work areas.
Dust and clean desks, chairs, shelves, windows, doors, and office equipment.
Clean and sanitise restrooms, reception, meeting rooms, and common areas.
Empty waste bins, replace bin liners, and dispose of waste properly.
Clean spills, stains, and messes promptly.
Replenish restroom supplies, including soap, tissue paper, hand towels, and drinking water where applicable.
Arrange furniture, meeting rooms, and office spaces neatly.
Maintain cleaning tools and report damaged equipment or needed repairs to management.
Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.
Maintain confidentiality and respect staff workspaces and documents.
Run minor office errands when required.
Support staff with other reasonable administrative duties as assigned.
