Job Summary:
The Operations Manager will oversee the daily operations of the hotel to ensure efficient service delivery, guest satisfaction, and profitability. The role involves managing all departments, maintaining service standards, and ensuring smooth day-to-day running of the facility.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of all hotel departments (Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Maintenance)
Ensure excellent guest experience and promptly resolve guest complaints
Supervise, train, and evaluate operational staff
Monitor inventory, procurement, and cost control
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hospitality standards
Prepare operational reports and coordinate with management on business growth
Drive revenue through efficient operations and upselling initiative.
Requirements:
B.Sc/HND in Hospitality Management, Business Admin or related field
4-7 years proven experience as Operations Manager in a hotel/hospitality firm
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage a diverse team
Knowledge of hotel management systems is an advantage
Minimum qualifications
BA/BSc/HND
