Responsibilities:
Oversee night-shift operations and coordinate Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Security, and Maintenance activities.
Handle guest complaints, special requests, and service issues promptly and professionally.
Supervise night-shift staff, monitor attendance, and ensure compliance with hotel procedures.
Oversee front desk transactions, billing, cash controls, and night audit procedures, where applicable.
Monitor hotel security, safety, and facility conditions, escalating incidents and urgent maintenance issues.
Prepare accurate shift reports covering occupancy, transactions, incidents, and outstanding issues.
Ensure proper handover of operational, financial, and guest-related matters to the incoming management team.
Requirements:
HND in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
3–5 years' relevant hotel operations experience, including supervisory or management responsibilities.
Previous experience as a Night Duty Manager, Duty Manager, Front Office Supervisor, or similar role is an advantage.
Knowledge of front office procedures, hotel billing, cash controls, and night audit processes.
Proficiency in hotel management systems, POS, and Microsoft Excel.
Strong leadership, guest relations, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
High integrity, sound judgement, and the ability to work overnight, including weekends and public holidays.
