KEY REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Food & Beverage Management or related field
Minimum 8 years’ experience in Food & Beverage operations, including at least 5 years in a senior management role
Proven multi-outlet restaurant experience
DELIVER RESULTS
Optimise profitability, service quality and customer experience
Strong commercial acumen, leadership and digital reporting skills
Knowledge of operational SOPs, inventory management, procurement and cost control
