A fast-growing luxury beauty and aesthetics clinic is looking for an exceptional Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of the business, improve efficiency, drive team performance, and ensure an outstanding client experience.
This is a leadership role for someone who is highly organised, proactive, results-driven, and passionate about excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the daily operations of the clinic.
Manage and supervise all departments and staff.
Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction.
Monitor staff performance, attendance, punctuality, and productivity.
Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Coordinate staff schedules and workflow.
Manage inventory, stock control, and supplier relationships.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
Prepare operational reports and analyse KPIs.
Resolve client complaints professionally and efficiently.
Work closely with management to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Drive continuous improvements across the business.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in an Operations Manager or similar leadership role.
Experience in the beauty, wellness, healthcare, hospitality, or luxury service industry is an added advantage.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
High attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and perform well under pressure.
Strong financial awareness and budgeting skills.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and digital business tools.
Ability to analyse reports and make data-driven decisions.
Professional appearance and excellent interpersonal skills.
