Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations, including production, quality control, procurement, sales, and distribution.
Ensure consistent production of high-quality drinking water in compliance with applicable NAFDAC, hygiene, and safety standards.
Lead and supervise staff, set performance targets, and drive productivity across departments.
Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, expand market share, and strengthen distributor and customer relationships.
Manage budgets, control operating costs, minimise waste, and improve profitability.
Ensure efficient inventory management, equipment maintenance, and timely product delivery.
Monitor business performance, resolve operational challenges, and identify opportunities for growth and continuous improvement.
Provide regular performance reports and strategic recommendations to management.
Requirements:
A minimum of an HND in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, Food Science, or a related field.
Proven experience in general management, operations, or a supervisory leadership role, preferably in FMCG, manufacturing, or table water production.
Good understanding of production processes, quality assurance, and relevant regulatory requirements.
Demonstrated ability to manage teams, control costs, drive sales, and achieve business targets.
Strong leadership, financial management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication, organisational, and business development abilities.
Ideal Candidate:
