Responsibilities:
Manage branch operations, administration, documentation, and service delivery.
Develop strategies to increase revenue, customer acquisition, and profitability.
Promote study abroad, work abroad, visa advisory, education consulting, scholarship, and digital subscription services.
Set and monitor staff sales targets, follow up leads, and convert prospects.
Supervise, train, evaluate, and motivate staff while enforcing company policies.
Handle client enquiries, complaints, applications, documentation, and follow-ups.
Coordinate marketing campaigns, partnerships, seminars, and outreach activities
Monitor payments, expenses, reconciliations, and financial accountability.
Submit weekly and monthly sales, operational, and performance reports.
Ensure compliance with company policies, immigration rules, and institutional requirements.
Requirements:
Minimum of a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, management, tourism, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience, including at least three years supervising staff.
Proven record of meeting sales targets and growing revenue.
Strong leadership, sales, communication, customer service, negotiation, reporting, and organisational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, CRM, and digital tools.
Integrity, discipline, accountability, and ability to work under pressure.
