POSITION OVERVIEW
Our client in the visa application and outsourcing sector seeks a customer-focused, detail-oriented Operations Officer to support visa application processing at a Visa Application Centre (VAC) in Nairobi.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 12 years of formal education; diploma and degree holders encouraged to apply.
At least 12 months' relevant experience in customer service, hospitality, travel and tourism, administration, or a related field.
Fluency in French is mandatory. Eligible recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer systems.
Good typing, data entry, and information management skills.
Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent customer service and professional enquiry-handling skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in fast-paced environments.
Good organisation, time management, and task prioritisation skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
