We’re looking for an Operations Supervisor to lead a team of 12-18 employees, drive operational excellence, and deliver world-class customer experiences.
What You’ll Do
Lead, coach, and motivate a team to achieve performance and quality goals
Manage daily operations, staffing, service levels, and customer satisfaction
Foster a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement
Collaborate with Quality, Training, and Recruiting teams
Provide ongoing feedback, recognition, and development opportunities
Drive retention strategies and team performance
What We’re Looking For
Leadership experience in customer service or contact center environments (preferred)
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Positive, solution-oriented mindset
Ability to multitask and perform in a fast-paced environment
Passion for coaching, mentoring, and developing people
Advanced level of English (C1-C2)
