Job Details
Governance, Risk & Compliance
Own and maintain the SCM Manual, SOPs, QRGs and process maps.
Run the quarterly SCM Process Optimisation Review (SCPOR) and issue the optimisation bulletin.
Maintain the ICFR evidence trail and close audit findings jointly with Internal Audit.
Operate ICFR controls and maintain the exception register and quarterly control reporting.
Maintain policy and manual documentation across Tiers II to IV.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering or a related field; Lean Six Sigma, CIPS or an ICFR/governance-related certification preferred
Minimum of 8–10 years in procurement/SCM governance, compliance or process excellence, ideally within EPCIC or oil & gas.
Strong GEP/SAP systems-governance and data-analytics capability
