Summary:

Verify all import charges, post costs in SAP FI and create AP entries, reconcile variances, support month-end close

Handle Nigeria import docs & compliance: Form M, PAAR, SONCAP, NAFDAC, customs clearance, coordinate with clearing agents

Track inbound shipments, control demurrage, maintain landing cost records

Assist export paperwork as required; keep documents for audit

Qualification Requirements:

Bachelor/HND in Logistics/Supply Chain/Accounting, min 3 years Nigeria import operation experience

Hands-on SAP FI/MM. Experience processing AP postings is preferred.

Good knowledge of Nigerian import regime, port charges, duties & levies

Proficient Excel, high attention to detail, strong compliance awareness

Minimum qualifications

BA/BSc/HND
