Key Responsibilities
Manage and resolve client support cases.
Provide assistance via phone, email, and virtual meetings.
Troubleshoot issues related to payroll, payroll taxes, ACH processing, billing, and software applications.
Document investigations, findings, and solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues.
Deliver an outstanding customer experience.
Requirements
2+ years of experience in Payroll, Product Support, Software Support, Technical Support, or Customer Support.
Advanced English communication skills.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical abilities.
Experience with Salesforce or similar ticketing systems is a plus.
Knowledge of Payroll, Payroll Taxes, ACH Processing, or HRIS platforms is highly preferred.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Minimum qualifications
BA/BSc/HND
