Salary: KES 70,000 Gross per Month + sales commisions
Key Responsibilities:
Market and sell residential, commercial and investment properties.
Identify potential buyers, investors and property clients.
Generate sales leads through networking, referrals and digital marketing.
Arrange and conduct property viewings and site visits.
Negotiate with prospective buyers and successfully close sales.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Research property market trends, pricing and competitor activities.
Prepare sales reports and ensure achievement of monthly sales targets.
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelors degree in Real Estate, Sales & Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
At least 3 years experience in real estate sales.
Proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
Good knowledge of the local property market.
Self-driven, target-oriented and professional.
Valid driving licence will be an added advantage.
