Job Purpose
To serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, employees, and other stakeholders, ensuring a professional, welcoming, and efficient reception experience. The Receptionist will manage front-office operations, telephone communications, visitor coordination, and general administrative support to facilitate smooth day-to-day office operations.
Requirements
Qualifications and Experience;
Diploma/Certificate in Front Office Operations, Business Administration, Customer Service, Secretarial Studies, or a related field.
At least one to two years of experience in reception, front-office operations, customer service, or administrative support.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Experience using telephone systems, visitor registers, and office administration tools is an added advantage.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Strong desire to learn along with professional drive.
Must be self-motivated with a willingness to take initiative and solve complex problems.
Should be able to thrive in a fast-paced and sometimes high-pressure environment.
Must have excellent analytical skills.
Must be fluent in English and Swahili, both verbally and written
