About us

RW Digital Solutions Ltd is a Kigali-based digital company. We build websites, web and mobile applications, dashboards, portals and IT systems, and run social media marketing for businesses and organisations across Rwanda.

What you will do

Research prospective clients, including SMEs, NGOs, cooperatives, schools, hotels and public institutions.

Reach out by phone, email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp and visits, and book meetings.

Take client briefs and prepare proposals and quotations with the team.

Track tenders, including on the Umucyo e-procurement system, and help prepare responses.

Coordinate client projects: kick-off, timelines, weekly updates and final sign-off.

Represent the company at business, ICT and networking events.

Keep the lead pipeline up to date and report weekly on results.

Any other ad hoc duties assigned by your supervisor or the CEO.

What we are looking for

Open to recent graduates (within the last two years) and final-year students.

Required

Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT or a related field.

Excellent spoken and written English and Kinyarwanda.

Confident communicator, comfortable meeting senior decision-makers.

Basic understanding of digital services such as websites, apps and social media.

Good command of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, and well organised.

Nice to have

Sales or customer-facing experience, even part-time or volunteer.

Experience with tools such as Trello or Asana.

A network in Kigali's business community.

Category B driving licence.
