Sales & Marketing Executive

Our client, a Ghanaian based real estate agency and travel management company is seeking a detail-oriented and organized sales and marketing executive with a background in real estate and travel to support their team.

Job Title: Sales and Marketing Executive

Location: Atlantic Towers, 7th Floor Airport City

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in combining industry knowledge, creativity and strong networking skills to drive sales, enhance brand visibility and build lasting client relationships.

Duties & Key Responsibilities:

The successful applicant will be responsible for:

· Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the real estate and travel sectors.

· Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve company goals.

· Build, manage, and nurture strong client and partner relationships.

· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer experiences.

· Monitor industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to stay ahead.

· Source and list properties on all digital platforms, working closely with the digital marketing team to create engaging content.

· Partner with the travel consultant to develop and promote attractive travel packages and destinations.

· Analyze competitor strategies and recommend improvements.

· Convert leads and inquiries into successful sales.

· Actively network to expand the company’s reach and client base.

· Accompany clients to property viewings, ensuring their preferences and needs are met.

· Identify the right properties for target market as well interacting with clients during viewings on an intellectual manner.

Other Requirements:

· Market research: Identify new business opportunities, analyze market trends, and understand customer needs and competitor activities.

· Strategic planning: Develop and implement strategies to achieve company goals, often involving strategic alliances with other businesses.

· Relationship management: Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients, acting as a liaison between clients and internal teams.

· Client acquisition: Identify, approach, and establish relationships with potential clients and partners.

· Proposal and pitch development: Create and deliver business proposals, presentations, and pitches to prospective clients.

· Revenue growth: Achieve sales targets, identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities, and negotiate contracts.

· Collaboration: Work with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to align strategies and create campaigns.

Experience & Qualification:

· Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Sales and Marketing, preferably in Real Estate and/or Travel.

· Familiarity with target market and services.

· In-depth knowledge of the Ghanaian real estate and travel industries.

· Solid understanding of digital marketing tools and social media platforms

· Strong professional network and established relationships in Ghana.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

· Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
