Sales Officer at Medprime Training College

We are looking for a Sales Officer to generate leads and grow student enrolment in our healthcare training programmes. You will reach out to prospective students, respond to enquiries and follow up from first contact through to registration. Success in this role will be measured by confirmed enrolments against your monthly sales target.

Key responsibilities

Generate leads through outbound calls, referrals, school visits and outreach events.

Handle phone, WhatsApp and walk-in enquiries. Ask about each prospect’s qualifications and goals, then explain suitable courses, fees, entry requirements and intake dates.

Book campus visits and follow up with prospective students to answer questions and help them complete registration.

Record each lead, the outcome of each conversation and the agreed follow-up date in the sales tracking system.

Report weekly on leads, campus visits and confirmed enrolments. Work with the marketing team to identify which campaigns generate the most registrations.

Requirements

At least one year of experience in sales, telesales, business development or another role with sales targets.

Clear spoken and written communication in English and Kiswahili.

Confidence making outbound calls, handling objections and asking prospects to take the next step.

Ability to track leads using a CRM or spreadsheet. Experience in education sales or student recruitment is an advantage.
