Senior Marketing & Business Development Manager

Job Summary

The Senior Marketing & Business Development Manager will drive business growth through strategic marketing, customer acquisition, and business partnerships.

The role will focus on expanding the company's e-commerce presence, and driving revenue through effective marketing and business development strategies.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute marketing and business development strategies to increase brand visibility, customer acquisition, sales, and market share.

Drive the growth of the company's e-commerce platform and BNPL services through targeted digital campaigns, promotions, and customer engagement initiatives.

Identify, negotiate, and secure strategic partnerships with retailers, electronics and appliance vendors, merchants, and other relevant business partners.

Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, search engines, and other online channels to generate leads and drive customer conversions.

Identify new market opportunities, monitor competitor activities, and develop strategies to expand the company's customer base and merchant network.

Lead customer acquisition and retention initiatives, ensuring effective customer engagement, repeat purchases, and increased transaction volumes.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Business Management, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years' experience in marketing, business development, or commercial management, preferably within e-commerce, or BNPL businesses.

Proven experience in developing and executing digital marketing strategies, customer acquisition campaigns, and business growth initiatives.

Strong understanding of e-commerce operations, and Buy Now Pay Later models.

Demonstrated ability to develop strategic partnerships, acquire merchants, negotiate commercial agreements, and drive revenue growth.
