Social Media & Digital Marketing Officer

Key Responsibilities

Manage the company’s Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and other digital platforms.

Create engaging content, including reels, videos, graphics and captions.

Develop and implement monthly content calendars and digital marketing campaigns.

Manage online enquiries and support customer engagement.

Update and maintain the company website, including product listings, images, prices and promotions.

Perform basic website edits and updates; knowledge of HTML/CSS is an advantage.

Support SEO, online advertising and digital promotions.

Monitor website and social media performance and prepare monthly reports.

Develop strategies to increase brand visibility, customer enquiries and sales.

Requirements

At least 2 years’ experience in social media management or digital marketing.

Strong content creation, photography and video editing skills.

Proficiency in Canva and social media management tools.

Experience managing websites or e-commerce platforms that require some level of coding

Basic knowledge of SEO, digital advertising and analytics.

Excellent communication, creativity and organizational skills.

A proactive, commercially minded approach with a strong focus on results.
