Job Summary
Our client, a reputable shipping company in Apapa, Lagos, is seeking a creative, strategic, and results-driven Social Media Manager & Content Creator to strengthen its digital presence, promote its shipping and logistics services, and enhance brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement social media strategies to promote the company's shipping and logistics services.
Create engaging content, including graphics, videos, reels, captions, and promotional materials.
Manage the company's social media platforms and maintain a consistent posting schedule.
Produce content that explains shipping services, logistics processes, industry updates, and company activities.
Plan, shoot, and edit professional photos and videos.
Respond to online enquiries, comments, and messages professionally.
Execute digital marketing campaigns to generate leads and attract potential clients.
Monitor industry trends, competitors, and relevant shipping and logistics news.
Analyse social media performance and prepare regular reports.
Collaborate with management and other departments to communicate the company's services and achievements effectively.
Requirements
Minimum of a B.Sc. from a recognised institution.
Must have proven experience in social media management and content creation.
Experience promoting shipping, freight forwarding, logistics, or other B2B services is a strong advantage.
Proficiency in social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
Competence in graphic design, video editing, photography, and content development.
Excellent writing, communication, storytelling, and creative skills.
Knowledge of digital marketing, lead generation, and social media analytics.
Ability to develop innovative content and meet deadlines.
A portfolio or links to previous work are required.
Must be proactive, professional, and available to resume immediately in Apapa, Lagos.

BA/BSc/HND
