Social Media Personnel

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain the company's social media platforms.

Create engaging content including photos, videos, reels, stories, and captions.

Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand visibility.

Promote fashion products and drive online sales.

Respond to comments, messages, and customer enquiries promptly.

Plan and maintain a consistent content calendar.

Monitor social media trends and implement relevant trends to grow engagement.

Collaborate with the sales team to promote new products, offers, and campaigns.

Track social media performance and provide regular reports.

Stay updated on fashion, content, and social media trends.

Requirements

HND / Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media, Communications, or a related field is an advantage.

1–2 years of social media management or content creation experience.

Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.

Good photography, videography, and content-creation skills.

Ability to create engaging short-form video content.

Excellent writing and communication skills.

Creative, trendy, proactive, and highly organized.

Knowledge of fashion and digital marketing is an advantage.

Minimum qualifications

BA/BSc/HND
