Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition Officer to manage recruitment across the organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates who meet the company’s staffing needs and standards.
Key Responsibilities
Manage recruitment across different departments and business units.
Source candidates through various recruitment platforms and channels.
Screen CVs, shortlist candidates, and conduct interviews.
Coordinate interviews, assessments, and reference checks.
Prepare offer letters and coordinate new employee onboarding.
Maintain an updated database of qualified candidates.
Monitor recruitment progress and ensure timely hiring.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
Good interviewing, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet hiring targets.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Minimum qualifications
BA/BSc/HND
