Key Responsibilities
Operate the weighbridge and accurately record vehicle gross, tare, and net weights.
Verify vehicle details, delivery notes, and dispatch documents.
Prepare accurate customer invoices based on approved quantities and prices.
Ensure dispatched goods match weighbridge records and approved orders.
Maintain accurate records of weighbridge tickets, invoices, and delivery notes.
Prepare daily weighbridge and invoicing reports.
Coordinate with Production, Stores, Security, and Finance departments.
Report weight discrepancies, invoicing errors, and unauthorized dispatches.
Ensure compliance with company procedures and maintain proper documentation.
Qualification and Skills
Certificate or diploma in Accounting, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
Basic computer skills and numerical accuracy.
Experience in invoicing or weighbridge operations is an added advantage.
High integrity, attention to detail, and good communication skills.
Key performance Indcicators
Accuracy of weights and invoices.
Timely preparation of invoices and reports.
Proper documentation and record keeping.
Compliance with dispatch and weighbridge procedures.
