🌟 Customer Experience Associate
📍 Location: Nairobi, Kenya | 3rd Floor, Principal Place, 13 School Lane, Westlands
🕒 Availability Required: Monday to Sunday, 4:00 PM – 5:00 AM (Kenya Time)
✅ Two days off per week
💰 Compensation Package
Basic Salary: KES 70,000
Transportation Allowance: KES 10,500
Total Monthly Package: KES 80,500

About the Role
Our company is seeking a Customer Experience Associate who is fluent in French and English to provide exceptional service and create memorable customer experiences. This position is ideal for a customer-focused professional who is passionate about e-commerce, fashion, and building lasting relationships.
You will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, fostering brand loyalty, and ensuring that every interaction reflects the company’s commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities

✨ Resolve customer inquiries with professionalism, efficiency, and attention to detail.
Qualifications
✔️ C1-level French and English (spoken and written)
✔️ Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
✔️ Focus on interpersonal relationships and a passion for providing first-class service.
✔️ Proficiency in: Microsoft Office, Salesforce, Google Workspace, Mac OS, or iOS devices.
✔️ Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
