Customer Service Representative | Nairobi (On-Site)
📍 Location: Nairobi, Kenya | 3rd Floor ,Principal place, 13 School Ln, Westland
🕒 Schedule: Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 (CDT TIME ZONE) in kenyan time would be from 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM.
📅 Days Off: Weekends
✅ The Saturday shift is paid and is compensated with a day off during the week
📢 Seasonal Opportunity
📅 Contract Period: November 09 – January 29
🎯 Your Role
Deliver outstanding customer service by handling inbound calls, resolving customer inquiries, verifying information, and ensuring a positive customer experience from start to finish.
✅ Key Responsibilities
Answer customer calls professionally, efficiently, and accurately.
Verify customer information and process requests.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Follow up on cases to ensure complete resolution.
Keep customers informed throughout the resolution process.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer concerns.
Support team members and contribute to a positive work environment.
⭐ What We're Looking For
Advanced English proficiency (B2 level)
Between 6 months and 1 year of Call Center or Contact Center experience
Positive, empathetic, and professional attitude.
Ability to remain calm and composed when handling upset customers.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of jewelry and watches is a plus.
